For these reasons, the Carmine Erice has also been included in the list of Holiday homes promoted by the Italian Social Tourism Center .

An enhancement process which continues today through the transformation in Hotel Boutique (with availability of deluxe rooms and junior suites) and the inauguration of tour routes inside the Church of the Annunciation , finally officially accessible to visitors and tourists
