The day begins at 09.00 with a conference on beer; This important study touches issues and themes, so much so that it will be attended by various personalities: the meeting, chaired by Dr. Francesca Rita Cerami, Secretary General dell´IDIMED (Institute for the Promotion and Development of the Mediterranean Diet), will be opened by greetings from the Mayor of Valderice, Jerome Spezia, the Authority, the President of MedInSicily, Maurizio Messina and a representative of the Chaine des Rotisseurs Trapani.
