Like every year, will Marsala to host, from October 9 to 18.30, the seventh edition of "Siciliamo", which is an international review of Sicilian specialties, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Trapani, with the aim of promoting the food and wine of the territory to international buyers and the many tourists who flock to this period still in the province of Trapani.
This year Siciliamo is enhanced even more because of Trapani, the Chamber has decided to combine the festival celebrated the twelfth edition of the Saturn, which each year is given to all those local businesses that stand out every year for productivity and typicality.
It Žalso an opportunity to make known all the excellences that for years, despite the economic crisis, they can stay on the market with great results.
As in any self-respecting food and wine festival there will be in the village, set up at the Monumental Complex of St. Peter, starting at 20.00 the cooking show.
The star of the evening of Friday will be the dish that excellent integration and peace, which will delight the audience again a few days after the close of the "Cous Cous Fest" of San Vito Lo Capo.
Saturday, October 10 the cooking show will be dedicated to "drink aware" project in collaboration with the University of Palermo and will be the subject of study courses across Europe, following the success of the presentation took place this past July at the Expo from Milan.
Sunday evening, however, will be offered to the public a moment of tasting dishes typical of the territory.
Siciliamo is also opportunity with various entertainment shows on and begins on the first night with cabaret Sasa Salvaggio; Saturday, October 10 with the performance of Antonio Pandolfo and ending Sunday, October 11 with the actor and comedian parlemitano Ernesto Maria Ponte.
All scheduled events will be broadcast live on radio and television on RMC 101 Telesud.
