For the year 2015 many innovations, but we start from a confirmation, represented by the location, which remains the Square Fish Market, while new features include the fact, that this year the international exhibition forms part of the initiative "Trapani, Mediterranean city of music", but at this point of flavors, because the Strett food, commonly called "street food", was born as poor food, which is cheap, cooked and eaten on the street, but through cultural initiatives as these street food has reached a gastronomic reputation as important as that of the foods eaten in restaurants.
The culinary event according to a formula now tested by time propose every evening from 18.00 to 23.00 in specialty tasting, not only in our area, as the cabbuci, arancini, seafood and couscous to Trapani, but also dishes from abroad as the typical Balkan and from every country of Italy as the Lampredotto of Florence, Trapizzino of Rome to get to the classic bread ca meusa of Palermo (the sandwich with the spleen of veal flavored with lemon or cheese), the sfincioni (pan of stuffed pizza) and croquettes.
