As part of "Trapani, Mediterranean city of music" sponsored by the Ente Luglio Musicale Trapanese, kicks off "Blue sea- Fish and Food", a food and wine event organized by "Smells and flavors of Sicily" of Trapani, chaired by Toti Aiello.
The event, which is the first of two festivals that will be held in Trapani during the summer of 2015, will center on the enhancement of blue fish, too often in the past denigrated because of little commercial value, but that is very rich from the nutritional point of view and is now considered a hallmark of our food culture.
In an area surrounded by the sea, fish and especially the blue, he finds its highest expression, because it is highly digestible and can be cooked in many ways. In fact, until the day June 9 foodies, seafood lovers, or simply fans of good food can taste a lot of dishes with which it is cooked the fish from the many companies restaurateurs, who have answered the call to Toti Aiello to organize an exhibition that was to ´height of the expectations of even the many tourists who flock to our territory already in the beginning of this summer.

Blue Sea, which is made with the sponsorship of the city of Trapani and the Chamber of Commerce of Trapani, has reserved a time tasting for the tourists, who are guests until June 9 in accommodation in the area.
