Thanks to an exhibition in the city center, the Second World War can relive in Trapani.

At the doorway of the office of the city council of Palazzo Cavarretta, 15 to 20 November next, you can take a dip into the past and plunge into the tragic story more recent - it is known, in fact, relying heavily on recorded since World War II but not everyone knows that Trapani turned out to be one of the provincial capitals most bombed -.
"Remembering Trapani in World War II", the name of the event with free admission. On display vintage photos, documents, memorabilia, thanks to the meticulous work of the association "Gruppo Storico Reminiscent Trapanese", which for years has been committed to the recovery of the memory of Trapani in the period of the Second World War.
Before opening to the public, on the 15th of November, Monsignor Gruppuso, new pastor of the Church of San Lorenzo, will recite a prayer in memory of the fallen soldiers and civilians of the Second World War.
These times in which visitors can admire the exhibition: November 15 to 19, in the morning from 9.30 to 13; the afternoon from 15 to 20. On November 20, however, from 9.30 to 13.
