Who said that in San Vito the long summer program (only call it "summer" is a stretch!) Ends each year with the delicious "Cous Cous Fest"? Of course, it is the pivotal event, but as it is preceded by a number of important appointments, what follows is equally valuable and fun, like the upcoming "San Vito´s October Trails."
A unique opportunity to spend, for four weekends, days of sport and healthy walks, all to rediscover the great trails and landscapes of San Vito lo Capo. Mountan Bike, arrampiacata, triathlon and ippotrekking, will be the protagonists of the event from October 4 until day 26, departing from the tourist office in Via Savoia, accompany curious and passionate. Not only sports, but also tasting of typical local products, such as the "bread cunzato", the "pignulata", the sausage, the "sfinci" and ricotta (via Venza), and evening shows that will be held instead on stage in Piazza Santuario.
The program in detail
It begins Saturday, October 4, at 21 via Venza, with the sausage and wine tastings at 21 At 22, piaza Sanctuary, you can watch the cabaret show "Leave it Scarrozzo free."
Sunday, October 5, starting at 9 Via Savoia for the Mountain Bike day. At 18, all on the floor in square Marinella, where we will dance till the evening.
The second weekend of sport and taste will begin on 11 October, with the tasting of bread cunzato at 21, followed by the show "Beware of us" (22 hours).
The next day, Sunday, October 12, at 9 will start the climbing days, while at 18, again at square Marinella, still dancing and merriment. Saturday, October 18, at 21, it´s tasting of "Pignulata and sfinci." At 22, however, 22:00 magic show and cabaret called "Caparezza."
Sunday, October 19, will be the turn of the Triathlon day, with start at 9 am from the seafront, and dancing in the square starting at 18.
Last weekend: Saturday, October 25, you can taste the ricotta hot - always at 21 - with the show 22:00 spectacle of music video titled "Calandra and Calandra."
Sunday, October 26, however, will be the mistress the wonderful experience dell´Ippotrekking days (starting from the waterfront at 9). To close the evening will once again, at 18, the dancing in the square.
