Friday, November 22 , 18:30 Auditorium of the Episcopal Seminary of Trapani, Via Cosenza 91 - Erice Casa Santa
The Hungarian Songbook is the title of the next concert scheduled as part of the concert season 2013/2014 the Friends of Music of Trapani. From the title of this concert , which promises to be particularly attractive , it is clear that the protagonists of the evening , as well as the Fatime Halmos singer and pianist Stefano Travaglini , will be the Hungarian folk songs .
It is a refined project of restoration and enhancement of the Hungarian melodic tradition that gave birth to a cd , published by Submerged Lands , presented in Italy, Austria and the United States , getting the coveted "four star" of the magazine Amadeus online . Worthy of particular note is the level of the two performers : Fatime Halmos that was imposed by the elegance and courage in facing this repertoire succeeding in moving along the boundary line between the various genres and Stefano Travaglini , who tune with the vivacity of the Mediterranean motifs , addresses this particular repertoire , through the Central European melancholy , the sounds of French transparent and harsh harmonies of jazz. There are the foundations for a rousing journey through eras and lands rich in history !
Tickets ( available at the box office the day of the concert to availability ) Adults € 10.00, reduced € 5,00 For info and purchase tickets online click on www.amicidellamusicatrapani.it
