With the arrival of August are more and more food and wine events that promote our most popular dishes. And īthe case of Cous Cous Days, festival now in its fourteenth edition, which this year will take place in Trapani, in Viale delle Sirene.
The event duration is seven days, it will start on August 10 and will end on August 16.
It will be a series of evenings of joy, with good music and lots of cous cous, in its various (and especially greedy) specialties.
The primary purpose of the event is to re-educate the Trapani to the ancient traditions related to the preparation of cous cous with a lot of explanations and guides, making savor the couscous in its most traditional form, and in this way combining culture and good food.
Not only fish cous-cous, of course, where specialties are diverse and rich, with different ingredients such as meat, vegetables, citrus fruits, and much more.
And to make the evening even more special and Timber richest there will be more typical of Trapani: cassatelle, various pastries, sphinxes, not forgetting of course the excellent local wine.
