The City of San Vito lo Capo got the " 5 vele " assigned to the Blue Guide of Legambiente published by Touring Club, which represent the highest honor awarded to the Italian coasts and beaches . The town of Trapani was placed among the thirteen towns in the special list drawn up by the national environmental thanks not only to a crystal clear sea , the wide white sand beach but also to high-quality services , to respect the environment and to ´ focus on sustainability .
