On May 11 Poggioreale host the best breeders-Sicilian cheese makers who will be exhibiting their products in the Amphitheatre Elymian, giving visitors a chance to discover an 'art' in Sicily which has lasted for more than 3000 years. During the show-breeders present cheesemakers will demonstrate their mastery of giving a practical demonstration of the production cycle of the ricotta through the use of historic equipment, which can be enjoyed still warm and with serum: the "Zabbina" of the Sicilian tradition . Great importance will be the meeting between the food producers of the area with the best traders in the small traditional distribution, the large retail chains, as well as with journalists in the industry. The event is expected the participation of artisans and artists, local or otherwise, that will exhibit products of its own manufacture: paintings, ceramics, terra cotta, leather products and leather, wrought iron manufactures etc. ..
