The bluefin tuna in the kitchen with traditional Trapani Maria Guccione and collaboration of the Hotel
The tuna, almost inevitably, is the protagonist of the first of the "coking show" to be held at the little house on Palm on the 26 April. On stage will be set up on a kitchen which will alternate the best chefs who will prepare Trapani "live" their dishes that will be served then, and enjoy, from the spectators. Projection screens make it even more spectacular and eye-catching this real "exhibition of taste."
