Israel puts forward his ace in the hole, grouper with smoked couscous with lemon and sage and cream of eggplant. The dish is prepared by the chef duo composed by Refael Levi and Boaz Cohen.
Palestine, by contrast, does not stay to watch and pulls out a composition of couscous with chickpeas and chicken with its two chefs: Romeo and Musallam Nizam Sana Saleh Saleh.
So the couscous becomes a way, one of many, to forget the fights and feuds and compete on land more peaceful.

This year the chefs come from nine different countries: Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, France, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Palestine, Senegal and Tunisia.
