Marettimo, Favignana and Egadi islands will be the protagonists of an episode of the popular television program " on the slopes of Kilimanjaro."
The cameras of the program hosted by Licia Colo then visit the Egadi carrying on Rai 3 the typical wonders of locations: from Roman houses Marettimo with Byzantine church attached to the blue coves.
A visit will be made also at Grotta del Genovese Levanzo, preserving paintings and engravings dating back to the Paleolithic period, witnessing the prehistory of Sicily and its islands.
Finally, ample space is given to ' island of Favignana and to its natural beauty, from the castle of St. Catherine the disused clay pits, from Tonnara Florio recently restored to the white sandy beaches.
We must remember that Favignana and Egadi islands in the past, and we are confident in the future, have been visited by television services in which they highlighted the beauty of the place and the typical one of the territories.
One of these, we mention the program Blue Line on several occasions preferred to the Egadi Islands to tell the story of the Trapani area through the unique and pristine beauty of the province of Trapani.
