Return to the seventh edition of the race "Ignazio Florio" which for nearly a decade gladdens the end of summer in the Islands Egadi and Favignana.
From 12 to 15 September, then, in the waters between the port of Trapani and the island of Favignana will be held three days of races in which the last breath of air, national and international teams will compete, on coastal path between the buoys in order to achieve the coveted prize.
During the three days there will be sailing on the mainland, in Favignana, the usual carousel of colorful performances and events that tend to enhance the distinctiveness of the Egadi Islands and the territory of the province of Trapani.
The city of Trapani is now known to be called "City of Sailing" when, in 2005, where one event in the Louis Vuitton Cup getting the praise and compliments of industry experts, and favorable climatic conditions for this type of events , both for the reception of the seaside town.
