It's the idea of Bia Spa, an Italian manufacturer of couscous that, during the 15 th edition of Cous Cous Fest in San Vito lo Capo, is giving away a holiday in the famous town in Sicily.
The contest is called "Bia Chef Moi" and the requirements to participate are: - Be amateur cooks - Send your recipe cous cous from the site by August 20 www.biacouscous.it
The two winners will win a holiday in San Vito lo Capo Cous Cous during the Festo to be held September 25 to 30. On stage the event, the two aspiring chefs will prepare their recipe that will be voted by a panel of experts.
the Cous Cous Fest, now in its 15th edition, is the main event of summer in San Vito Lo Capo, where, in 5 days we will celebrate the dish in all its versions. International chefs arrive in San Vito lo Capo to celebrate the event which is accompanied by music from national and international well known festivity of the inhabitants of the small Sicilian town.
