The National Championship Launch of Mobile arrives for the first time in Sicily. On 22 July on the beach of San Vito lo Capo is held the third race of the fourth edition with the slogan "Throw the phone in the most beautiful beach in Italy." A day of fun for tourists who can experience this 'alternative sports' focused on the love-hate relationship for a device that today more and more essential, but even so stressful. Who will launch the phone as far as possible, win an iPad (Apple). The 'game' has been imported from Finland Como entrepreneur Massimo Galeazzi in 2009 it was patented in Italy and Europe. After the success of the first two stages (Marche and Emilia Romagna), the new Italian record to beat is 71 meters and 11 cm reached by Francesco Faraglia, 34 year-old computer of Rieti. There are two categories of participants: Junior (boys and girls aged 13 to 20 years) and Senior (Men and women aged 21 years and over). You will have a single launch, with a free run and shot in the lane bounded by the line of demarcation. Mobile phones, provided by the organizers of the event, will be all the same weight no more than 70 grams. The launch can be made by any technique, but only with the arms. The score is calculated by telemetry, using electronic equipment Tele Laser. There should be no early registration: day of competition in those who wish to participate must simply fill out a postcard with your details. After this third and final race of San Vito Lo Capo in 2012, the next appointments will be at Madonna di Campiglio (Trentino) in January 2013: the first race on snow.
