Ms. Pecorella has dedicated years to the study of amphoras, started from his dissertation at the University of Lecce on the Punic amphorae of Baglio Anselmi of Marsala. The archaeologist has subsequently oversaw the study of amphoras of the Museum "A. Pepoli "on the occasion of the exhibition" Ancient testimonies of peace and war from the sea of Trapani ", curated by Maria Luisa Famà Museum of Trapani in 2007, and then to the edition of the class of materials in the catalog of The archaeological collections of the Museum itself.
