TEMPURICAPUNA. STARTS THE FISH FAIR IN SAN VITO

Starts tomorrow in San Vito Lo Capo, the fifth edition of "Tempuricapuna", the event dedicated to bluefish and Al Capone in particular which will be held until Sunday. The event takes its name from the expression of the fishermen of San Vito Lo Capo announces that, in fact, the arrival of the season gurnards, dorado, which are caught in this period of the coast near San Vito. "It 'an event - says Matthew Rizzo, Mayor of San Vito Lo Capo - which has become traditional among the events organized by the city and attracts an audience very interested.
The event highlights one of the economic resources of the area where the fishery. We have in fact a very active fleet, which carries most of the so-called industrial fishing. "The exhibition is devoted to the discovery of stories and traditions associated with fishing and the sea, but it is also an opportunity to taste the specialties of fish blue from gurnards sardines, mackerel by the spatulas that can taste, by the fishermen of San Vito Lo Capo, in the gastronomic village of "re Tempu manciari." In Piazza Marinella you can taste the roasted bluefish fried in a big pan of three meters in diameter and on the Venza busiate capone with garlic and fried. Both menus are available from Friday to Sunday from 12 to 15 and from 19 to 23, are accompanied by a portion of fruit and a glass of wine.
The program also includes the laboratories of food "re Tempu stories, sapuri and cones", conducted by journalist Ravazzi Ninni, president of the Pro site, and Saturday and Sunday, San Vito Lo Capo ITT initiative "Tempu re mircatu" which will revive sounds, moods and atmosphere of a typical fish market with a public auction of the best fish species led by Salvatore Billeci Ravazzi and Ninni. They are dedicated fans of the jokes related tourism in the company of fishermen and San Vito, 12 to 24 opens its doors to the expo village of "re Tempu taliari". Sanctuary free concerts in the square, on stage Friday Andrea Cardillo & Sound Magazine, Saturday and Sunday Sound Workshop Orchestra's concert by Ricky Portera, guitarist Lucio Dalla.
