Back to San Vito Lo Capo, June 2 to 5, the Cous Cous Fest Preview, the advance of the 14 th edition of the Cous Cous Fest, scheduled for September 20 to 25. During the long bridge you can taste delicious traditional recipes for cous cous Vito, participate in food laboratories in which the protagonists are the local chefs who play traditional recipes or attend the free evening concerts. Heart of the event, organized by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo in cooperation with the agency feedback, the race will be between six gourmet chef who will select the national chefs who will join the Italian team in the race in September. A jury, composed of visitors to the event, and a technique, consisting of journalists and opinion leaders in the industry including Paul Marks, wine journalist and president of the jury's Cous Cous Fest 2011, will assess the chefs in the race and elect the winner. Among the guests at the exhibition duo Federico Quaranta's "gourmet" Fede & Tinto Decanter on Radio and Andy Rai2 Luotto that lead, with his usual sympathy, contests and food laboratories. Saturday and Sunday is also the possibility to participate in a typical fish market in the company of Ninni Ravazza, journalist and underwater, where the catch of the day goes to auction among the participants. The program also includes non-stop tasting, from 12 to 24, cous cous and specialty of Trapani matched with a glass of Sicilian wine (the ticket is 10 €) and from 17.30 to 24 the chance to shop at the exhibition village, in Savoy .
At sunset, the festival comes alive with notes of great artists and musicians. Friday evening, June 3, the greatest show of Paolo Belli accompanied by the band with the special participation of Qbeta diLello Analfino leader deiTinturia. Belli is a versatile artist who, from the time of Bicycle Thieves with its very own colorful pop to swing, it was argued in music and television, where in the last 10 years - both as a singer and showman - he assisted on Rai Uno Giorgio Panariello, Carlo Conti and Milly Carlucci.
