Even in Trapani the Christmas machine is warming up with gastronomic events, concerts, exhibitions, small craft fairs, markets and much more for the joy of adults and children in the most magical time of the year.
Also this year ATM, the company owned by the municipality of Trapani for local public transport, has made available the train that has been a great success in recent years and, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays of 2024, the company is pleased to propose it again with departure from the main entrance of Villa Margherita for a tour of the city at a cost of just 2 euros. For children up to 11 years old and disabled people there is no ticket.
The days in which it will be possible to get on board will be every weekend in December, starting from the day of the Immaculate Conception, including Christmas and Boxing Day and up to Epiphany. The service hours are from 10 to 12.30 and from 16.45 to 20.30.
Another entertainment opportunity is the Christmas Village that will liven up Piazza Vittorio Emanuele from 7 to 29 December, with local craft exhibitions, street food and lots of live music from 5 pm until midnight.
Also worth mentioning is the ice skating rink set up inside Villa Margherita
The Erice Handball club will be hosting the event, which, with the patronage of the municipality of Trapani, is preparing to organize the Christmas event for the first time, which is sure to be a success. Christmas is fun and with the village set up, the public´s response will certainly be assured.
Finally, for the little ones, there is Santa´s house.
