An event not to be missed is definitely the Teatro del Mare, the new theater festival that brings art and entertainment to San Vito Lo Capo. A unique opportunity that allows you to experience the seaside village even in winter thanks to an initiative whose goal is to transform the evenings into unmissable emotions.
The artistic director of the festival is Anna Graziano who has prepared a calendar with artists of national and international fame. The shows are scheduled at the municipal theater, from October 1st to December 22nd. The festival will open with Roberto Lipari (October 1st) who the television audience has come to know thanks to the hosting of Striscia la Notizia.
On October 14th Edoardo Siravo will be on stage with his Moby Dick, a story by Massimo Vincenz, based on the novel of the same name.
On October 26th the festival will continue with the performance of Francesco Foti in Niuiorc Niuiorc, a show written and performed by himself.
On November 3rd at 6:30 pm, the San Vito Lo Capo municipal theater will host the show of the comedian and cabaret artist Manlio Dovì, a great star of Bagaglino who in recent years has preferred to perform in the theater with his latest show “Facce Ride Show”.
On November 17th at 6:30 pm it is the turn of the show by Carlo Ragone entitled “Intestamé”, which also includes live musical moments performed by the Kemp quartet. On November 24th the public will be able to delight in Colette and the Music-Hall, a show created by Riccardo Cavallo who brings a cast of talented young actors on tour.
The month of December will open with “Il Principe del Varietà”, a show directed and performed by Antonello Costa while on December 15th a great star of theater and television will be on stage in San Vito Lo Capo: Giobbe Covatta with his “6 Gradi”.
The festival will close on December 22nd with “Dioggene” by Stefano Fresi, with a farewell to the spectators for a second edition of an event that has all the credentials to become a constant appointment over time.
