Everything is ready in San Vito Lo Capo for the twenty-seventh edition of the Cous Cous Fest, the late summer gastronomic event that transforms the famous seaside village into the world capital of couscous. The aim of the event is not only to celebrate a dish that is poor in itself, although it is very popular not only in the Maghreb area but also throughout the world.
Through an international competition, this delicacy made of semolina and water will have its exaltation with a much more important aim: to bring together people from the most diverse cultures through the ancient ritual of food and conviviality.
The Cous Cous Fest of San Vito Lo Capo has transformed over the years and has become not only a gastronomic event but also an opportunity to promote shows and entertainment.
