The new theater season of the Ariston Theater in Trapani is at the starting line with a program full of shows featuring many well-known faces from Italian television and light theatre.
The 2023/2024 festival will be inaugurated by the great actor Nino Frassica who will make his debut on Saturday 28 October with a musical show or a concert/cabaret accompanied by Los Plaggers, a band made up of six musicians, who will revisit the greatest successes of music in an ironic way Italian and beyond.
On November 26th the trio Marco Simeoli, Elena D´Angelo and Cesare Biondolillo will return to the stage of the Ariston in Trapani and this year they will engage in an exhilarating show entitled "Silver Nitrate" which represents a sort of ideal journey in cinema and television of the golden years that marked the memory of many viewers in the cultural and customs field. It will be a journey down memory lane through famous melodies performed live by a 12-piece orchestra, anecdotes and choreographic performances.
On December 13th Corrado Tedeschi returns to Trapani this time accompanied by the actress Debora Caprioglio with the show “Plaza Suite”, in which the two actors will play the role of three different couples in the same suite of a five-star hotel, where luxury it really is wasted. In the three different situations the three couples will experience problems of marital crisis, quarrels and betrayals. A hilarious show that absolutely shouldn´t be missed.
After the Christmas holidays, the festival will resume on 24 January 2024 with Edoardo Leo´s highly anticipated show entitled "I´ll tell you a story" which will propose an interesting journey in which he collects notes, suggestions and readings that the actor has collected over twenty years of career. It will be a show that will make you smile but also reflect.
On February 22nd the Sansoni brothers will land in Trapani with "Sogno a tempo determinate" and it will be a fun show but at the same time it will make us reflect on the bitter consideration that today´s young people have stopped dreaming and aspire to ever more important goals.
On March 16th Max Giusti will be the protagonist in Trapani with "Bollicine", a new show in which the famous showman will tell the public what he would never say in everyday life. A sort of intimate confession in front of a glass of sparkling wine full of bubbles.
On April 12th after his performances as a dancer in "Dancing with the Stars", Teo Mammuccari returns to the theater with "Sarà capitato ame", a show in which the actor will explore and bring to light some great themes of our time.
And then again Giuliana De Sio on May 4th with her fairy tale show while on May 31st Marco Falaguasta arrives with the show “Non ci fa recognis”. The festival will end on June 7th with a talented Sicilian actor Rosario Terranova.
