The second edition of the event is about to start after last year´s break due to Covid, which combines comics, cosplay, cinema, video games and the more traditional board games in a single event.
We are talking about Trapani Comix and Games organized by Nerd Attack or by Erick Cannamela, Gianni Federico and Francesco Tarantino, who in co-production with the July Music Institute of Trapani and the patronage of the municipality of Trapani, will transform the spaces from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 September of the villa Margherita in a gigantic village, where various operators of the sector, comic shops, shops specialized in videogames and cultural associations will be able to exhibit.
What was a dream of three visionaries, has turned into reality with over 10,000 admissions registered in 2019 and if appropriately enhanced, it could become in a few years a perfect alter ego of the San Vito Cous Cous Fest, attracting thousands of attendees from all over to Trapani. of Italy.
And this is already the case, because from now on presences from some places in Sicily are announced, which by bus are equipped to spend the weekend in our territory, because the world of comics and everything that surrounds it, has several fans not only among kids.
The program that was published during a press conference at Palazzo d´Alì is very respectable: they are names that say nothing to the general public, but for the admirers of the sector they represent the top such as cartoonists Giovanni Spataro, Roberta Marchetta , Simone Buonfantino, Davide Tartamella, Diego Fichera, Aurelio Mazzara and many others, then for pop culture there is Meiko and other artists who can´t wait to perform.
This year there is one more novelty because Trapani Comix and Games will be on Twich for the first time, the livestreaming platform that will allow you to enjoy some moments with studio guests and live connections from a distance.
To animate some moments on the Amazon platform there are the Genetic Loops, where they will talk about music, current events, entertainment and much more.
This year, for safety reasons, all participants will be rigorously checked at the entrance with the thermo scanner and the reading of the green pass.
For those without one, do not worry because at the entrance a special stand has been set up for rapid swabs and thanks to the collaboration of the ASP it will be possible from 16 to 20 to also have the vaccine; in addition, other security measures have been envisaged inside the village, where the various play and entertainment stations will be constantly sanitized and sanitized to avoid possible contagion.
