After the great success of last summer, the Valdericina theatrical review returns at the Teatro Hon. Nino Croce, with the patronage of the Municipality of Valderice.
This year is a particularly rich and varied program with a vast program of shows that will be staged from July 17 to September 4.
The review will open on July 17 with a great protagonist of the Italian show or the cabaret artist and imitator Manlio Dově, who will entertain the public with his comic-musical show entitled "FACCE RIDE SHOW", in which the actor highlights all his great artistic skills.
On 2 August, however, it will be the turn of Mario Incudine, singer and theatrical actor who will delight the public with an evening of true poems of Sicilian popular culture.
On August 10th, for musical lovers, “Prince Ali” will be on stage, which tells the story of Aladdin, who, aboard a flying carpet, will meet the beautiful princess Jasmine and defend her from the intrigues of the perfidious Jafar. The musical faithful reproduction of the Disney cartoon is ready to cheer adults and children in a dream evening.
On August 13, the festival will host the famous Sicilian comedian Roberto Lipari with the show "There is no comic" with hilarious jokes and biting satire even on the delicate moment we are experiencing due to the pandemic.
On 21 August the young artist "La Commare" will be on stage with the absolute debut of "Sorelle" directed by Mario Incudine: it is a fascinating journey into the world of theater-song, a tribute to the best Italian tradition in which tells the story of the sisters Mia Martini and Loredana Bertč with their suffering, love and little-known aspects of their life.
On 28 August Paolo Conticini will be the protagonist with his new show "La prima volta", in which the Roman actor will perform monologues, stories and songs. Finally, the Sergio Vespertino review will close on 4 September with the show "Via San Lorenzo", in which the Palermo actor will give his audience authentic moments of entertainment and reflection.
The artistic direction of the festival is, as always, curated by Oddo Management and Teatro Ariston of Trapani, thus confirming a strong collaboration that at the same time combines experience and innovation considered fundamental for the social and cultural revitalization of a territory.
