Stragusto will be a very special edition this year because of the stringent safety measures due to the health emergency that our country experienced in its most acute phase in March and which now even if the numbers of the infection are not as those of the first phase continue to persist for reasons of prudence.
With a view to and in compliance with the containment measures of Covid-19, the international street food exhibition has abandoned the historic site of Piazza Ex Mercato del Pesce to become itinerant; in fact, the twelfth edition scheduled from 24 to 26 July will move directly to the participating restaurants that will offer take-away dishes inspired by the classic street food typical of our parts.
No guests from Italy and abroad for the obvious reasons we mentioned earlier.
The formula is that of the other years and that is, by purchasing Stragusto tokens, visitors can ideally follow a route of taste, obtaining the gastronomic specialties they prefer by going directly to the premises of the participating restaurants which are:
