The route of the Procession of the Mysteries of Trapani 2020, which will parade on Friday 10 April, has been made known by the Unione Maestranze.
The annual alternation between the single track in the historic center and the other which also includes via Fardella has been abolished for a few years now, the procession of the third millennium prefers very large streets and squares in the afternoon, where the procession can better wind with a large audience.
The night hours are dedicated to tradition and the parade along the oldest city streets: via Turretta, via Garibaldi, via Libertà etc.
The novelty of this year consists in the stop on the north side of via Fardella, in front of the Umberto di Savoia primary school, instead of the traditional one in Piazza Vittorio. Here the procession melts to see the recomposition of the bands only in the morning at dawn of the fishing port, for the entry on Saturday 11 April.
