We can safely say that this year the great theater season in Marsala is divided between music and prose to offer the great audience of the Empire Theater magnificent cultural events that will keep company until next spring.
As for the great music artists, there are several scheduled appointments, but truly not to be missed is the Giovanni Allevi concert on December 20th before the Christmas holidays.
Giovanni Allevi is a pianist and a composer who, since the time of the conservatory, has shown a great artistic genius out of the ordinary, performing in many Italian theaters in a fabulous tour where he begins to present a repertoire comprising not only the compositions of classical authors such as Chopin or Mozart, but also his own musical productions, which were also used for film soundtracks and short films.
Giovanni Allevi is an eclectic artist, not only passionate about music, but also about philosophy, achieving in 1998 at the University of Macerata a degree with 110/110 and praise with a thesis entitled "The void in contemporary Physics".
In the pre-Christmas concert of Marsala Allevi, much loved by young people who have been able to appreciate classical music in this way, he will also present his latest works which are contained in a collection entitled "The Very Best Of".
In addition to Giovanni Allevi, the Empire Theater of Marsala will host many other artists of our music such as Francesco Renga on November 28 and Fiorella Mannoia on December 5 next.
Do not miss the PFM exhibition, on December 17th, which will present a very personal tribute to Fabrizio De Andrč twenty years after his death.
The big concert season will resume after the Christmas holidays with the great Massimo Ranieri who will sing in his show, which he is taking around Italy "Sogno e son desto 500 times" scheduled for next April.
