Boomdabash in San Vito Lo Capo for the Cous Cous Fest, Saturday 21 September, with a stage of "Per Un Milione Tour", which takes its name from the homonymous song presented at the last Festival of Sanremo.
The Boombadash are an Italian musical group of Pugliese origin that made its debut in the Italian music scene in 2002 from the trade union of different artists who decided to get together becoming a group that stood out thanks to the fusion of different musical genres like soul, drum and bass and hip hop.
The name Boombadash derives from the terms Boom and bash which means "explode the blow" and they really did impress, boasting prestigious participations in the best festivals of Europe and Italy not to mention the equally prestigious collaborations with the protagonists of Italian song as Fabri Fibra and Loredana Bertè with "Do not tell you no", which was the catchphrase of the summer of 2018.
This year, as we were saying, they participated in the last Sanremo Festival with the song "Per un Milione", which gave the title to their tour, finishing in eleventh place, but this year´s summer was dominated from a new torment that is "Mambo Salentino" sung together with Alessandra Amoroso.
The song by Boombadash, which came out on June 7th, represents a musical tribute to the Apulian land where they were born, but where Alessandra Amoroso herself was born, who is linked to the group by a deep friendship that has lasted for several years.
The song that is placed fourth in the general classification in Italy is very catchy and was shot in a farm of Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto, representing a perfect integration of different music styles but we must say that the musical experiment has succeeded very well.
The Boombadash in San Vito Lo Capo, as part of the Cous Cous Fest, will not fail to play it.
