Even San Vito Lo Capo has prepared a calendar of Christmas events for adults and children with theatrical performances, concerts and many moments of socialization, which are typical of the Christmas atmosphere.
Compared to previous editions, this year Christmas in the famous seaside village sees the return to Piazza Santuario after about 20 years of the 5-a-side football tournament that will take place from December 26 to January 6, a classic event, thanks to which they grew up generations of sanvitesi.
On December 29th there will be, however, a fun and engaging treasure hunt organized by the Tourism Operators Association of San Vito Lo Capo, which was very busy in drafting this calendar of Christmas appointments under the patronage of the town of San Vito Lo Capo and of the other associations.
San Vito Lo Capo is a tourist resort, which has always made its goal to de-seasonalize tourism and that is why it also aims with Christmas appointments to attract many visitors who can admire the charm of San Vito Lo Capo even in winter .
A special eye also to the hamlets of Makari and Castelluzzo where Sunday, December 23rd there will be the Santa Claus parade with great surprises for adults and children.
Also in the hamlet of Makari at 20.30 in the church of San Giuseppe there will be a concert that will feature the chorus of St. Lawrence, which will perform a series of pieces of the Christmas tradition of religion.
The evening of New Year´s Eve is scheduled for the touring music of the group Drepanum Dix Band and at 23.30, all in Piazza Santuario to celebrate the new year with music, dances and DJ sets.
The Christmas festival will end Sunday, January 6 with the party of the Befana that provides in Piazza Sanctuary the representation of the arrival of the Magi.
