The "Natale a ´chiazza" event, organized by the Agorà cultural association under the patronage of the municipality of Trapani, returns for the third consecutive year.
As always, the location will be the Ex Piazza Mercato del Pesce "which will be the container for the numerous musical events that will take place from 14 to 23 December to recreate in the historic center of Trapani a Christmas atmosphere, especially today, where the city you are experiencing great problems, you really feel the need.
The associates of Agorà are all young and really care about the fate of this city and in the past have organized several events that aimed to redevelop various places in the city.
With this Christmas event the primary objective is the redevelopment of an important place in Trapani such as the Ex Piazza Mercato del Pesce to give everyone, young and old, a Christmas program, which is not easy to organize, since there are ten days full of concerts, tastings and exhibitions with the preparation of various stands.
Also this year an online crowdfunding campaign is active to allow the Agorà association to raise funds for the organization, because every contribution, even if small, is important for the sharing of the initiative.
Last year, for example, thanks to the donations collected even if small ones helped to realize the event and in particular to decorate with a big tree a square that was once the symbol of city vitality with its thriving market, but that today , except sporadic events, remains almost the whole year abandoned to itself.
The program includes an inaugural moment on Friday December 14th at 5:30 pm with the lighting of the Christmas tree and the illuminations to then continue with the performance from 18.00 of the musicians and flag-bearers "Real Trinacria" Trapani Erice.
