From 11th July, the literary review "The other tide - Approdi dŽautore" returns to Favignana, now in its fifth edition, which this year also includes authors of great depth.
The cultural event is organized directly by the Municipality of Favignana in collaboration with the Superintendency of Trapani, and is edited by the Sicilian journalist and writer Giacomo Pilati, who also is a famous writer with very important titles such as "Viola di mare", from which a film produced by Maria Grazia Cucinotta was made.
As always, the location of the event is the former Tonnara Florio, which will host in its rooms, once a unit of production of canned tuna, 10 appointments; in reality they had to be eleven, but suddenly the meeting with the journalist and writer Gian Luigi Nuzzi was canceled and he had to present his book "Original Sin".
It starts on Wednesday 11 July with Selvaggia Lucarelli, who presents the book "Casi umano", published by Rizzoli, while the other scheduled events are:
Monday, July 30 Chiara Francini, known to the public for presenting with Pippo Baudo in 2017 "Domenica In", but who is an actress and also a writer with the book "My mother does not have to know" (Rizzoli publisher).
Tuesday, July 17 will be the protagonist Nando Dalla Chiesa, the son of General Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa, killed by the mafia in 1982 when he was prefect of Palermo, who will tell in his book "Fortunately I do the prof" (Bompiani publisher) his experience as a teacher in a Milanese school after having spent some time in politics.
Friday, July 20 Corrado Fortuna presents: "Love upside down" (published by Rizzoli). Sunday, July 22 Alessandro dŽAvenia presents his latest novel "Every story is a love story" (published by Mondadori).
Tuesday, July 24th Nicola Gratteri with Antonio Nicaso presents "Rivers of Gold" (published by Mondadori) Thursday, July 26, the sports journalist, who recently became a great fan of Trapani Calcio, presents "Moratti Inter" (published by Alberti);

The book "Salvation" by Feltrinelli written by Marco Rizzo and Lelio Bonaccorso will close on Saturday 25 August.
