To the strips of departure the tourist season at Favignana, with the typical sweet par excellence of our territory.

The Sicilian cannoli landed at Favignana with a whole festival, which this year celebrates the second edition.

Many will be the tourists who decide to spend the first weekend of June in the largest of the Egadi, choosing among the natural beauties and cultural sites, from the relaxation offered by the favignanesi to the specialties typical of local gastronomy.

The festival is always an engaging event that will be animated again this year by the musical entertainment of the "Allegria" Recreational and Cultural Association, in collaboration with the Municipal Administration, the Marine Protected Area, the Parish of the Immaculate Conception, Business activities and volunteer associations that sponsor the event.

Last year´s edition has been a big success for the public because when it comes to food, but above all good candy specialties, the palates of each party never desert the appointments.

On Friday, June 2, at 9.30 pm, there is a first date, a kind of cooking show dedicated to the preparation of the garlands, all accompanied by live music, and the following day, starting at 4.00 pm, the patches Will be filled with fresh ricotta, so tasting may begin.
