Another classic pre-Christmas appointment of tasty Sicilian traditional pastry is the Spincia Days, to be held from 6 to 11 December in the center of Custonaci historic.
For 26 years this event is renewed and every year thousands of greedy people travel to this wonderful town dellŽagroericino to taste the classic pancake, which is the sweet symbol of the holiday season.
On the occasion of the feast of the Immaculate Conception on 8 December, the pro-site of Custonaci with the patronage of the town of Custonaci prepares different stands with tastings from 17 to 23.
Mainly tourists, but also the younger ones will be able to see live the dough and cooking, learning a technique even if it is not the hand, but still retains all its charm.
The feast starts off the Christmas season with Spince, which are now tasted all year, especially in summer when they are organized in Custonaci different festivals like spincia fest, which is in July a tasty preview.
