Will be held from September 3rd the sixth edition of the food and wine event "Scents and tastes of Sicily", in which different specialties and delicacies of our food culture will find themselves together in one event to the delight of tourists and not only.
Now to prepare ourselves to promote the territory of the province of Trapani, the festivals are the most consolidated, because the landscapes are fine, processions or the sea, but if you put good food on the calendar, then you is not done nothing, because the food in the world is our business card.
Location of this event will be the city of Custonaci, it will set up in the streets of the historic center different stands, each of which will be possible to come up to Sunday, September 11 and aromas, and flavors of Sicily.
Here are some typical dishes for tasting the Trapani Custonaci:
Cassatelle, which are a kind of fried sweet ravioli, which enclose a filling of ricotta and chocolate chips. Typical traditional Easter dessert of Trapani.
