The event, organized by the Trapani Welcome in collaboration with the PS Advert and with the sponsorship of the city of Trapani, also for the 2016 edition takes place in the Square Fish Market, where there will be many exhibition stands, in which many operators Sicilian food and not only will prepare the many specialties of street food, commonly called "street food", which was born as poor food, very low cost, cooked and eaten on the street.
The gastronomic event according to a proven formula for some time now propose every evening from 18.30 to 24.00 for tasting specialties not only of our country, as cabbuci, arancini, fritters, cakes, rascadura, seafood and couscous Trapani, but also dishes from every country of Italy as the lampredotto of Florence, Trapizzino of Rome to get to the classic bread ca meusa of Palermo (the sandwich with the spleen of lemon flavored beef or cheese), the sfincioni (pan stuffed pizza) and croquettes.
