E ´at the starting line in Trapani, the third edition of the Food and wine review "cuscusu", which is another great event, tied to this wonderful dish gourmet, but with very different characteristics from the Cous Cous Fest in San Vito Lo Capo.
First, the period is different and must be 16 to 19 June 2016, and will transform the city of Trapani in an ideal location for a trip through the rediscovery of the culinary traditions.
The event, organized by the association Trapani Welcome, will be held at the House of the Palms and seeks to promote and preserve the great culinary heritage of cous cous, favoring a synergy between the various local excellence.
Also involved are numerous tour operators, agencies, producers and associations of the territory, by implementing a network system and shares in the territories of Trapani, Erice, Paceco and Favignana.
During the event you will be able to enjoy the delicious couscous dishes in the restaurants participating in the initiative, and participate in wine tasting (every day from 19 to 23) in the most beautiful places in the territory.
Among the events planned there will be conferences, meetings, workshops and during the weekend there will be a bike ride to the Natural Reserve of Saline of Trapani organized by the FIAB, Italian Federation of Friends of the Bicycle.
Many adherents accommodation, including hotels, holiday homes, bed & breakfasts, residences, etc. that will welcome tourists with special offers.
