The charming San Domenico staircase will be the location, 20 to 22 May 2016, a large floral display made by young artists of Trapani, that will decorate with the most beautiful flowers, turning it into a work of art.
The event, called "Art & Flowers" and now in its sixth year, will have the theme "Mary, Mother of Mercy" in the Jubilee Year of the Extraordinary Mercy, proclaimed by Pope Francis.
PROGRAM OF THE EVENT
Friday, May 20 from 17 pm there will be the opening ceremony (via Garibaldi) with the special participation of the Tamburini Trinacria Trapani group.
Along with the staircase, we will be in Piazza S. Domenico the Mostra DŽArte, curated by the Gallery "the scream of Rosaria" Trapani.
At 19.15 Concert of the course specializing in music of the secondary school level "A. De Stefano" Casa Santa Erice. Directed by Genco Calogero teachers and De Luca Biagio.
Saturday, May 21 the exhibition will be open from 17 until one oŽclock at night.
During the event, for those who want, at 17.30, will attend Mass at the Sunday dedicated to the Holy Trinity.
The event will close Sunday, May 22 at 21, and Sunday program includes an exhibition by the Academy of extemporaneous painting "The Scream Rosaria".
The Exhibition is organized by the Association of Culture "Trapani: tradumari & Winds", with legal aid of the city of Trapani, in collaboration with the Rectory St. Dominic, "Video Service" by Franco Marino and the broadcaster Telesud.
The art direction is entrusted to M. Claudio Maltese.
